Dear Valued Customers,

With the ever-changing health crisis, RMG is committed to our customers and employees as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely. I wanted to take a moment to summarize some of the things we are doing to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as keep the health and wellness of our employees as our top priority. Seeing as we are still going out to locations, we realize this health situation has already been challenging to many 911 Centers, PSAP’s, Sheriff Offices and Emergency Operation Communication Centers across the country. The last thing we want to do is add your concerns related to health and safety issues currently at hand.

Ensuring our customers and technicians remain healthy and safe

  • To avoid virus transmission, our technicians will be wearing masks when they arrive at your site.

  • Technicians will clean all touched work surfaces at the completion of their activity using 99.9% Virus and Bacteria Disinfectant wipes or sprays.

  • We are practicing social distancing and will limit all contact with the dispatch operators and associates and keeping the safe 6 foot space as suggested by the CDC.

Serving our Customers

  • RMG Solutions offers a comprehensive console cleaning service including console deep cleaning, keyboard disinfecting and vacuum of all surfaces and crevices with approved HEPPA vacuum cleaners.

  • If you have a maintenance visit scheduled, we will be reaching out 48-hours in advance of our scheduled visit to confirm that you are agreeable for RMG technicians to be on site.

  • At the customer's request, an already scheduled service and/or cleaning work can be postponed and rescheduled 30-days out. We will then monitor that date prior to its arrival to reschedule or confirm the visit depending on the current situation at that time.

  • We also are aware that there are console issues that arise within you centers that are important to the daily use of operators and we will try diligently to resolve those issues over the phone. If we are not able to, we will send a technician out to try to resolve the issue as long as parts are available to us.

As we maneuver through these challenging times, we know the situation will evolve and we will reach out to you periodically if things have changed.  If you are contemplating a cleaning we are available to help you to discuss the best options for your center.   Please know that we will be complying with CDC guidelines so that both you and our technicians will stay healthy.
